What We Build
About Our Factory
5,000 m² production campus in Wuxi, China, with water-system and small-appliance assembly halls, warehousing and dispatch on the same site. Research and development, production, logistics, operation and after-sales sit inside the same organisation.
Manufacturing Process
Automated sheet-metal cutting and bending feed our own assembly lines. Water-contact assembly and functional testing run as a single flow: sheet metal → sub-assembly → main assembly → water-system testing → aging testing → QC → packaging.

QC at every stage with a sample retention program and a defect-tracking system.

Independent water-quality and electrical-safety testing for every shipment batch.

Noise, thermal-efficiency and UV-efficacy test reports, plus food-contact hygiene testing on every wetted part.
A self-check before dispatch
The same 16-point diagnostic the machine runs in service is run at the end of the line, so a unit ships having already passed it.
