How UQUA Filters Your Water
Step-Wise Heating, Not a Reboiled Tank
Water is heated in layers rather than as a single body. Cold feed enters beneath the heated layer and lifts freshly boiled water to the top of the draw-off zone, so the water being dispensed is always the water that was just boiled.
That removes the three failure modes of a conventional boiling tank: running short during peak demand, overflowing, and dry-firing when the level drops. Nothing is mixed back into the cold volume, and nothing is boiled twice.
304 stainless inner tank
A 1 mm stainless wall wrapped in 15 mm of expanded polyurethane insulation, so stored heat stays in the water rather than in the room.
Sealed against heat loss
The cabinet is rated IP44 against dust and water ingress, which also keeps the insulated volume closed.
A 16-Point Self-Diagnostic System
The controller runs sixteen continuous checks on itself and reports them upstream, so a developing fault surfaces before it becomes a call-out.

Feed-water TDS and temperature, plus treated-water TDS at the outlet.

Built to Be Serviced in Minutes
Tool-free front access
A hinged front cover holds itself open on its own support strut, and the face panel releases by hand in about ten seconds. No reaching around to the back of the machine, and no screws to lose.
Filter changes without guesswork
The filter wrench is built into the cabinet so it cannot go missing, and the inside of the door carries the water-path diagram with step-by-step filter replacement instructions.
Patented filter housing
POM housing with food-grade 304 stainless locking blades and NBR seals. A locating pin prevents the housing being over- or under-tightened, and stops water hammer from backing it out.
Serviceable detail by design
TPE-coated anti-slip casters with locking front wheels, an 8.5-inch LED display under 3 mm tempered glass, a 185 mm drip tray with 40 cm spout clearance, and a 1.5 mm 304 stainless drip pan.
